I graduated from Aston Business School in 2017 and since then have been growing my career in the business world, from project manager to office manager and now operations manager.
I have been working since the age of 16 and getting involved in community projects and initiatives since I can remember myself. Throughout the years I’ve had to go through the process numerous times and have learned that the best approach is, to be honest, open and offer the best you can. If an employer feels that you are suitable for their company, they will give you the job, if not, they will find somebody else.

In a world where there is so much uncertainty, many of us are on lock-down, others losing their jobs, third are just about to embark into their career during a time where jobs are scarce. I felt that my experience and approach to job searches can support those who may have not done it in a while, ever, or are doing it but feel lost in the process.
